Our tobacco pouch is printed and die-cut by our external partners in Berlin. Subsequently, all further steps take place at our partner production sites in Germany, Poland & the Czech Republic. Here it is folded and the closure is installed. Afterwards, it goes to the sewing work.
After that, it looks as it should. To ensure the tobacco pouch arrives protected and nicely to you, it is then packaged and labeled. In the end, each pouch has passed through at least 4 pairs of hands.

How does the closure work?
We have equipped our tobacco pouches with a so-called Dual Lock closure. It resembles a Velcro fastener but works a little differently. Both sides are absolutely identical: by pressing firmly together, the individual segments interlock.
Inspired by nature: The dragonfly serves as a model here. It fixes the neck and body together in flight & during mating - super strong!
If the closure should loosen over time, you can easily replace it yourself.

The first piece lasted only three days, but the idea was born – and has been constantly developed ever since. Today, our products are so durable that with good care they last a lifetime. Or can over a million sold products and satisfied customers be lying?
