Refund policy

Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal.
Our sample cancellation form in PDF format: DOWNLOAD - please include the form with the return, this allows us to process it more easily. You can also enclose the cancellation form handwritten if you do not have a printer available.

Please make sure to write "Rückware" on returns from Switzerland – these are free of charge. Unfortunately, we cannot completely rule out that a shipment ends up at customs.

Unfortunately, we cannot exchange items directly. The process is that you cancel the item normally & we refund your money. You can then order the product of your choice again. If you order (within Germany) under €59, please feel free to contact our support via info@paprcuts.de, then we will give you a voucher for free shipping on the new order.

 

 

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Paprcuts GmbH, Glasower Straße 60, 12051 Berlin, Germany, info@paprcuts.de, Phone: +49 30 13881674 (FAX)) by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

Please make sure to write "Rückware" on the shipment for returns from Switzerland and include the invoice. Returns are duty-free. However, it can never be completely ruled out that a package ends up at customs – unfortunately, this is beyond our control. 

To meet the revocation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day you informed us about the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling by you that was not necessary to check the condition, properties, and functioning of the goods.
