Our RFID cardholders are printed and punched by our external partners in Berlin. All further steps take place at our partner production sites in Germany, Poland & Czech Republic. Here, the cardholder is folded and additional components such as RFID protection are installed. After that, it goes to the sewing work.

It looks just as it should. To ensure it arrives at you protected and beautifully, it is now packaged and labeled. In the end, each RFID cardholder has gone through at least 4 pairs of hands.

RFID stands for radio frequency identification, meaning identification of electromagnetic waves. Your bank card uses this technology, for example, to make contactless payments at the checkout. It has advantages, but it can also mean data theft in some cases.

For this reason, we have equipped our cardholder with a protection that blocks the signal from going outside. When you take out your bank card (or your ID card), everything works as usual. Inside the wallet itself, the signal is blocked from going outside.
