How does the side magnet work?
Our RFID PRO's have a magnet on the side. It is important to note that it only works if the cards are inserted as shown in the pictures, but not pushed all the way to the back. If you have more than 6 cards in the wallet, the magnet will no longer work, but the wallet will still close securely once the material becomes a bit softer.

Our RFID Wallet PRO is printed and punched by our external partners in Berlin. Subsequently, all further steps take place at our partner production sites.
Here, the wallet is folded and components such as magnets and RFID protection are installed. Afterwards, it goes to the sewing work. Then it looks as it should. To ensure it arrives protected and nicely to you, it is now packaged and labeled. In the end, each wallet has passed through at least 4 pairs of hands.

RFID protection & contactless payment - how does it work?
When the wallet is closed, your cards are secured against data theft with RFID protection. RFID stands for radio frequency identification, meaning the identification of electromagnetic waves. Thanks to RFID protection, the signal is blocked from the outside for the safety of your bank cards or ID card.
Still want to pay quickly and securely contactless? No problemo, with the RFID wallet comes a card case. You can simply pull it out on the keyring to use modern technology. But beware: since the ID card also works with RFID, it could block your card. So better secure it in the wallet & pay contactless with the card holder.

The idea for Paprcuts was born in 2011 when Nils – honestly a bit hungover on the couch – crafted a slim wallet out of newspaper because the bulky leather one in his pocket was annoying him. The first piece lasted only three days, but the idea was born – and has been constantly developed ever since. Today, our products are so durable that with good care they last a lifetime. Or can over a million sold products and satisfied customers be lying?

The first time you hold a wallet and think, "Huh, what? This is supposed to hold up?" - short answer: YES. As the name suggests, the material looks and feels like paper. Understandably, you can't imagine it holding up. But...
Tyvek is an extremely tear-resistant & randomly woven fiber, which is used, for example, on construction sites. You also know the material from those wristbands you get at the entrance & that are hardly removable. The design can fade depending on friction - but if you take good care of it, your wallet will last you 10 years. A loyal companion, indeed.

The magical powers
Space for 12 cards
Divided into three compartments, 12 cards find a home. They are simply inserted one after the other. This makes the wallet ultra slim!
With additional card holder
In the wallet, you will find an additional card holder. This is used for contactless payment. The rest of the wallet is RFID protected.
For coins
Your coins also find a place in the magnetic compartment. Your collection belongs in the piggy bank, but it easily stores a little loose change.
