Paprcuts: our mission
Paprcuts makes ultra-light, colorful & fair wallets and accessories from high-tech materials like Tyvek, cork, and vegan leather.
Designed in Berlin, our products combine striking patterns with durability, water resistance, and a minimal footprint. Perfect for travel, festivals, and everyday life – functional, stylish, and made to last.
The idea for Paprcuts was born in 2011 when Nils – honestly a bit hungover on the couch – crafted a slim wallet out of newspaper because the bulky leather one in his pocket was annoying him. The first piece lasted only three days, but the idea was born – and has been constantly developed ever since. Today, our products are so durable that with good care they last a lifetime. Or can over a million sold products and satisfied customers be lying?

LIGARTI x Paprcuts
A few years ago, we were walking unsuspectingly through a trade fair. Wow, who is that? We immediately noticed this booth with mugs, stationery, prints. And the friendly faces behind it.
Since then, we have been working with the fantastic gang from LIGARTI. By now, they have lent us three of their most popular designs: the bear with the bumblebee, the sloth, and the cow Rita find a place on our products.
We love working with companies that share the same values. So: thank you LIGARTI for this fantastic collaboration!

The artist
Hanna Ligeti is an artist from Wuppertal who discovered her passion for painting already in her childhood. Above all, the animal kingdom has captivated her. With her drawings, she brings an entire circus to life.
Hanna is a free spirit - reserved and often traveling in her small, fine dream world. She spent her summer holidays as a little girl in her parents' homeland: Hungary. Here she made many friendships: with dogs, cats, chickens, geese, birds, and co. They are not as foolishly serious & rational as many of our fellow human beings.
To the LIGARTI collection
LIGARTI Tiermanufaktur
Hanna's last name "Ligeti" quickly became Ligarti. Our new friends from Wuppertal create beautiful things, adorned with even more beautiful drawings.
Behind Ligarti are originally the three friends Hanna, Alex, and Sami - with passion and a shared mission: sustainability, art, and quality must go hand in hand.
